East Rutherford will be one of many ideal places to celebrate the crisp weather, seasonal treats, and harvests. At the East Rutherford Fall Festival, attendees will share in the excitement with thousands of others.
The East Rutherford Civic Pride Association will host a massive street festival that will begin on Friday, Oct. 11 from 5-10 p.m. and continue through the weekend, on Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m..
Members of the ERCPA said that they anticipate tens of thousands of attendees, and that they have scores of vendors and nonprofits both local to Hudson County and from places far beyond.
The ERCPA said that there will be fun for all ages: live music, a pumpkin patch, rides for kids, face painting, dozens of unique vendors, a 5k run, a 50/50 benefit fundraiser, and a beer garden all in one place. There will also be a classic car show on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On Friday, the music performances will be Mr. LoveJoy from 6-8 p.m., and Palemon from 8-10 p.m. Saturday’s lineup will include Swingman & the Misfit Mutts, Men of Horses, Billy Monroe and the Soul Survivors, and Event Horizon. Sunday’s finale includes the Jersey Swamp Cats, Kootz, and Country Fresh.
The festival will take place on Park Avenue adjacent to the Rutherford Train Station.
