SCOTT, GARY J.

Funeral services took place Nov. 1  for Gary J. Scott, 56. He passed away Oct. 27. He was a lifelong resident of Jersey City. In his early years, he was a truck driver and a mechanic. Gary enjoyed playing pool for the APA League of Hudson County. He was an avid fan of the NY Giants and enjoyed spending time with his friends watching the Giants play. He was always acting goofy and loved making people laugh. Gary is survived by his daughters, Michele and Nicole Scott. He was grandfather to Jonathan, Evan, Liam, Haylie, and Noah; brother to Denise Julian, Donna Scott (Alberto Sanchez), John Scott (Lori), Kevin Scott, Ron Scott (Laura). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was predeceased in life by his parents, Robert J. and Bernice (Meyer) Scott; his siblings, Diane, Debra, and Ann Palmer.
