FATTOROSS, VINCENT G.

A Memorial Mass took place March 16 at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting, for Vincent G. Fattoross, 91, of Whiting. He passed away March 11 at home. Born in Hoboken, he lived in Secaucus for 40 years, Wood-Ridge, and Brick Township for 25 years before moving to Whiting four years ago. Vincent owned and operated the family business, TA Fattoross Paper Company in Hoboken, which was started by his dad. He was a U.S. army veteran, a member of the National Paper Trade Assoc. of NY and NJ, Kiwanis Club of Secaucus and a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. He loved to travel with his love, Muriel, and enjoyed striped bass fishing on the beaches of the Jersey Shore. Vincent was predeceased by his son, Theodore Fattoross and his sister, Gloria Orzechowski. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Muriel Fattoross; two daughters, Darlene and her husband, Bill of New Mexico and Carol Lang and her husband, Thomas of Monroe; one sister, Phyllis Singagliese; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services arranged by the Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting.
