FELL, FE BALTAZAR

Funeral services have been held for Fe Baltazar Fell, 80. She passed away due to coronavirus on April 24. Preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Fell, Fe will be lovingly remembered by her five surviving siblings Mercedes Wycoco, Veneracion Cabamalan, Carlos, Arthur, and Gil Baltazar, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. She was born in Pulilan, Bulacan, Philippines in February 15, 1940 and immigrated to the US in the seventies and settled in Jersey City. She worked for the State of New Jersey till her retirement and stayed active in her church community at Saint Paul the Apostle Church in the Greenville section of Jersey City. Funeral service and interment were made in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington on Wednesday, April 29.
