Private funeral services have been held for Joyce Kim Bluford. She passed June 26. She was an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Army. She was also employed as a corrections officer and held various jobs. She is survived by her daughter Rukiya Bluford, her mother Navis Harris, siblings Ethel and John Bluford and a host of other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the Jackson Funeral Residence of Jersey City.
