VIROLA, ANGELINA

A Catholic blessing was offered July 8 for Angelina Virola, 84, of Weehawken. She passed away July 1 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico on August 5, 1935, to the late Luis and Julia Menar, Angelina lived in Spanish Harlem, N.Y. before moving to Weehawken in 1991. She worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Entertainment Industry. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Eddie Carlos Virola. Survivors include her loving children, Angelica Virola and partner Pedro Segundo, Carla Virola and husband Gene Adamusik and Lisa Marie Virola-Banko and husband Michael Banko. Also surviving are her dear sisters, Andrea Mejias, Frances Menar and Mary Menar and her loving grandson Brandon Eddie Banko. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
