A memorial service was held July 24 for Marguerite (Peggy) Lasiewski, 84, of Whiting. She passed away Saturday, July 18 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Peggy worked for Jersey City Redevelopment Agency and Hudson County Superior Court Special Civil Division for many years before retiring. Born and raised in Jersey City, she moved to Whiting 15 years ago. Peggy enjoyed playing bingo. Peggy is survived by her daughters Judith Lasiewski of Toms River, Diane Lasiewski and her wife, Marie Morgan of Castalia, NC, Christine Kakoleski and her husband, Robert of Aberdeen, 2 grandchildren Bobby & Brittany Kakoleski. Services arranged by the DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, Lakehurst.
