Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Weichert’s Jersey City Downtown office and two top-producing sales teams were recognized for outstanding performance in October.
The Jersey City Downtown office, which is managed by Robert Sanchez, led the Weichert sales region in dollar volume, revenue units and sales for the month. The region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
Among teams, sales associate Nader Rezai and his team led the Weichert sales region in dollar volume, revenue units and sales. The team shared top honors in the listings category with the sales team helmed by Meng Wang.
