The Hoboken Shelter will host its 17th annual silent winter auction virtually on Dec. 12.
The fundraiser includes a silent auction as well as live performances from 6 p.m. to midnight.

Biddable items include gift cards to local eateries and businesses, art, fitness classes, weekend getaways, and virtual classes.
The proceeds will support the Hoboken Shelter which provides meals for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, as well as support services to move its guests into permanent homes.
The nonprofit shelters 50 people nightly, serves more than 500 meals daily, hosts 1,000 showers weekly, and offers counseling, training, workshops, and emergency homelessness prevention grants.
