Remembering Detective Seals
On Dec. 10, Mayor James Davis remembered the life of Bayonne resident Detective Joseph Seals who died during the terror attack in Jersey City last year.
“One of Bayonne’s sons, JCPD Detective Joe Seals, was taken from us,” Mayor Davis said. “We all grieve the loss of Detective Seals and the others who died that day.”
He continued: “As gunfire rang out on the streets of Jersey City, I witnessed something else – hundreds of men and women answering the call to assist their brothers and sisters. Bayonne Police, along with dozens of other agencies, ran toward the danger and evil that took their brother in blue.”
