ROBERT F. McINTOSH

A Mass of Christian Burial took place Jan. 13 at St. Joseph’s Church for Robert F. McIntosh, 90. He passed away at his Jersey City residence on Jan. 8. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Robert settled in Jersey City after meeting and marrying his wife Elaine. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and was a banker with Emigrant Savings in New York City until retiring 25 years ago. Robert was a devoted parishioner of Saint Joseph’s Church. Robert was the husband of Elaine (nee Culver); brother of the late Doris, Ronald and Kenneth; devoted father of Robert Jr., Thomas, Richard (and the late Gina) Michael (and the late Suzanne), Dennis, Mary Anne (and the late Richard Nappi), James and Christopher; cherished grandfather of Sarah (Nick McClellan), Christine (Yu Kambe), Sgt. Frank McIntosh, US Army, Catherine, Nicholas and Mackenzie and great grandfather of Ryder. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
