He was taken into custody on June 9 at 8:30 a.m. from his residence on Prospect Ave. after being identified as the alleged actor of a robbery involving a handgun that was reported on June 8 at 4:36 p.m.
On that date, the male victim, who is an employee of QuickChek on East 22nd Street, reported that an unknown male approached him at the gas attendant booth and demanded all the money in his possession and in the booth.
