Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Jersey City Exchange Place office and two top-producing sales associates were recognized for outstanding industry achievement in July.
The Jersey City Exchange Place office led the Weichert sales region in listings for the month. The Weichert sales region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
Individually, Brian Anthony Lopes led the Weichert sales region for dollar volume, revenue units and sales. Scott Waldman had the most listings in the region.
