KRE Group announces early fall launch of upscale residences

KRE Group, one of the most active and prominent developers along the New Jersey Gold Coast, is preparing for the upcoming debut of 351 Marin, a new luxury rental building being developed in joint venture with Northwestern Mutual in Jersey City’s culturally infused Powerhouse Arts District.

KRE has announced an early fall launch for the 37-story tower which will deliver 507 residences and a robust amenities package to an ultra-convenient address at 351 Marin Boulevard.  The new residential offering is situated between Jersey City’s vibrant Hudson River waterfront, the growing theater scene within the Powerhouse Arts District, and the exciting dining and nightlife lining the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza.

The location is also one block from the Grove Street PATH Station and near commuter ferries with service to lower and Midtown Manhattan.  The Hudson Bergen Light Rail system is also within walking distance.

The developer, which manages Jersey City’s largest luxury rental portfolio, has tapped The Marketing Directors as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 351 Marin, which will officially launch with an on-site leasing office and three fully furnished model homes.  Prospective residents can place their names on the priority list by visiting www.351marin.com.

Designed by Hollwich Kushner and HLW Architects, 351 Marin will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments lined with upscale features such as plank flooring, kitchens with GE stainless steel appliances, Grey Quartz waterfall countertops and High-gloss grey cabinets, and lavish bathrooms with Kohler fixtures and white quartz countertops.  Select one-bedroom apartments will feature a bonus den.

Enhancing resident lives will be a full suite of modern and thoughtful amenities, including a magnificent lobby with café, community garden, outdoor pool with lounge seating, fully equipped fitness center, movie and screening room, top-floor indoor/outdoor Sky Lounge and dog run.  KRE Group will also complete a 4,500 square foot public plaza.
