Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Bayonne office and sales associate Erma Mathis-Small were recognized for exceptional sales achievement at the regional level in August.
The Bayonne office, which is managed by Achim Borkeloh, led the Weichert sales region in dollar volume from Weichert.com transactions for the month. Individually, Mathis-Small led the region in the same category. The region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
