Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Weichert’s Jersey City Downtown office, a top-producing sales team and several associates were recognized for outstanding performance at the regional level in November.
The Jersey City Downtown office, which is managed by Robert Sanchez, had the most dollar volume, listings and revenue units in the Weichert sales region for the month. The region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
Among teams in the region, the Nader Rezai Team led the Weichert sales region for dollar volume, listings, revenue units and sales in November. Individually, Natalie Esfandiari, Achim Borkeloh and Jeanette Hansen shared top honors for having the most listings.
