The Waterton, a new luxury rental apartment community in Secaucus at 1631 Paterson Plank Road, saw its official opening celebrated by the entities behind it including Woodmont Properties, Canoe Book Development and PIRHL on May 12.

The residential complex was built on a site previously occupied by a cement company that closed years ago and was an “eyesore,” according to Gonnelli. The new community features 116 units including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as wall as a number of amenities, and easy access to public transit.
