Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Weichert’s Jersey City Downtown office, two top-producing sales associates and a top team were recognized for outstanding performance in May.
The Jersey City Downtown office, which is managed by Robert Sanchez, led the Weichert sales region in five categories: dollar volume, dollar volume from Weichert.com transactions, listings, revenue units and sales. The sales region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
Individually, Barbare Rofsky had the highest dollar volume from Weichert.com transactions in the region and Rajshree Banerjee had the most listings.
Among teams in the region, the Nader Rezai Team led the Weichert sales region for dollar volume, listings, revenue units and sales in May.
