Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Weichert’s Jersey City Downtown office, a top-producing sales associate and a top team were recognized for outstanding performance in June.
The Jersey City Downtown office, which is managed by Robert Sanchez, had the highest dollar volume from Weichert.com transaction in the entire company and the Weichert sales region. The office also had the most listings in the sales region, which is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
Individually, Barbare Rofsky had the highest dollar volume from Weichert.com transactions in the company and Weichert sales region.
Among teams in the region, the Nader Rezai Team led the Weichert sales region for dollar volume, listings, revenue units and sales in June.
