The Bayonne Irish Festival will return on Saturday, October 1 at 12 p.m.
The festival will take place on the lower level of 16th Street Park. Admissions are free for the fifth iteration of the annual Irish Festival.
The Irish Festival will feature entertainment by The Bantry Boys, A Band of Rogues, and direct from Ireland, Derek Warfield and the Young Wolfetones. In addition to the live Irish music, there will also be Irish step dancers and bagpipers.
One of the festival organizers is former City Council President Sharon Ashe-Nadrowski. She told the Bayonne Community News that there will also be plenty of fun activities at the park on October 1.
The Irish Festival will have a variety of food vendors and a beer garden. There will also be other vendors selling Celtic wares, t-shirts, and other goods.
