West New York announces annual Halloween festivities

On October 31, the town will host a Fall Festival, Ragamuffin Parade, and Trunk or Treat

West New York residents are in for a treat again this Halloween, a trick or treat that is.

Mayor Gabriel Rodriguez, Commissioner Margarita Guzman and the Board of Commissioners invite locals to participate in an array of activities.

In 2022, the town will be hosting its annual Fall Festival, Ragamuffin Parade and Trunk or Treat.

The events will all take place on Halloween on Monday, October 31. The festivities begin at 4 p.m., with the Ragamuffin Parade.

Residents can join the Halloween costume parade lineup from Town Hall at 428 60th Street. Participants will march to the Little League at 53rd Street between Broadway and Park Avenue.

Following that, the Trunk or Treat and Fall Festival will start at 5 p.m. at Little League Park. Everyone is welcome, according to the town.
