This Saturday, April 26, people are getting together at the Jersey City waterfront to clean up the area and enjoy some time with neighbors. It’s a simple plan: help out, then hang out.
The event runs from 11 AM to 2 PM. Volunteers will meet at Morris Canal Park (158 Washington Street). Trash bags and supplies will be ready—just bring yourself and a good attitude. Anyone can join, whether it’s your first time or you’ve done this before.
After the cleanup, the group will walk over to Perquin for free brunch cocktails, thanks to OVO Vodka. Drinks are only for those 21 and over, but everyone is welcome to help with the cleanup.
It’s free to join. No sign-up, no fees. Just show up, help out, and enjoy the day.
Everything kicks off at 11 AM and ends by 2 PM.
