Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Ben & Jerry’s in Hoboken is hosting a cake decorating class where you’ll learn how to decorate your own mini ice cream cakes. It’s a simple, hands-on activity that’s great for all ages.
The class is on Sunday, July 20, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. You’ll get two mini cakes to decorate, and you can choose your own ice cream flavors. The staff will show you how to use the frosting, tools, and decorations to make your own designs.

The cost is $25 per person. That includes two cakes, all supplies, and your flavor choices. After you sign up, you’ll fill out a quick form to pick your flavors and share any allergy info. Most allergies can be handled. Just wear something you don’t mind getting messy—there will be frosting and food coloring involved. Cakes are best eaten at the shop after the class, since they can melt if carried around too long.
