Museum of Indian Culture
Join the Museum of Indian Culture for a weekend of live Native American drumming, singing, and dancing, featuring performers from New York’s Shinnecock Indian Nation, Canada’s Anishnawbek Nation, and Mexico City’s Salinas Family.
Performing for the first time this year at the Festival is Native American recording artist and three-time Grammy winner Bill Miller.
Activities include a children’s area where kids can make dreamcatchers and cornhusk dolls; have their faces painted and ride ponies. See demonstrations on atlatl and tomahawk throwing, flutemaking, and much more.
Peruse the marketplace for Native American jewelry, fine art, and clothing, and try Native American cuisine including buffalo burgers, Indian tacos, and frybread.
