We are super excited to host our first ever Girls Night Session, Friday April 23rd at 5PM with our good friends and founders of Brooke + Bel, Brooke and Sam.
Join us in-studio for this intimate evening. We will kick off with a short intention setting meditation, an express movement session led by Elevate founder Amanda followed by an open discussion with the girls on spring shopping trends, their favourite wellness tips for the spring/summer season, and more.
