This recital features Gerald Finzi’s popular 5 Bagatelles for Clarinet and Piano, along with selected Schubert Lieder for Soprano and Piano, and concludes with one of Schubert’s last works: Shepherd on the Rock, for Clarinet, Soprano and Piano. Husband and wife duo Warren Fristensky, clarinet, and soprano Julie Fristensky will be accompanied by pianist Joseph Hill.
The concert is free and open to the public and presented as part of the Arts on Bergen spring season: This Wednesday at 12:00 in the St. Peter Chapel, corner of Glenwood Ave and JFK Blvd.
