Get your Passport to Health and start the journey to a healthier you! Women’s Wellness Expo will offer FREE screenings including clinical breast exams, mammograms*, flu shots, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, vision, dental, PSA, HIV and more! Activities for the whole family (men and families encouraged to attend!) include a personal Passport to Health booklet for tracking your progress at the event (prizes for “stamps!”), Breast Health/Breast Cancer speaker, health/wellness exhibits, fitness/nutrition demonstrations, survivor support, medical information, giveaways, and kids’ zone.
*Mammograms start at 10:00am and are available to all women (free for uninsured).
