The St. Mary’s PeeWee Basketball League has announced the results for week five. In the Boys’ League, the Hoyas defeated the Pirates, 21-18. Scoring for the Hoyas was Landon Paradine, 21. For the Pirates, Matthew Nilan, 10; Brandon Kobryn, 4; and Nicholas Escobar, 4; scored points.

The Knicks beat the Hornets, 26-8. Scoring for the Knicks were Jeffery Van Sant, 10; Matthew Dobronsky, 8; Ryan Rzepinski, 4; Zach Taylor, 2; and Vance Larwa, 2. For the Hornets, Matthew Page, 3; Christopher Valencia, 3; and Dylan Kielb, 2; scored.

The Lakers defeated the Blue Devils, 11-2. Scoring for the Lakers were Elijah Flourney, 8; Justin Evanecky, 2; and Nicholas Rodriguez, 1. For the Blue Devils, Xander Caamano Larwa, 1; and Samuel Porch, 1; scored points.

In the Girls’ League, the Rams beat the Pirates, 22-3. Scoring for the Rams were Tamia Phillips, 8; Samantha Fortune, 5; Elena Vodychko, 4; Jazmyn Maldonado, 3; and Jenna Smith, 2. For the Pirates, Emily Walsh scored 3 points.

The Hoyas defeated the Blue Devils, 12-11. Scoring for the Hoyas were Brigid McCabe, 7; Jessica Van Sant, 4; Amanda Kruchkowski, 1. For the Blue Devils, Casey Kelly, 6; and Kayla Klumpp, 5; scored.
