James Fox of Harvard University, a 2011 graduate of Saint Peter's Prep in Jersey City, earned a 3.724 GPA and a 13-7 record that qualified him for the National Wrestling Coaches' Association All-Academic recognition, and helped the Harvard Crimson post the highest average GPA of any collegiate wrestling program in the country. While at Saint Peter's, Fox was an Ignatian Scholar, a member of the National Honor Society, and captain of the football and wrestling teams. He earned Prep's first state wrestling championship as a senior. Fox, a Plainfield resident and the son of Donnette and Daniel Fox, is a psychology concentrator at Harvard.
