JERSEY CITY – Living up to his promise to do more than just use his office as a bully pulpit, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop announced that the city has filed suit to halt a controversial luxury marina project that is being implemented by the state Department of Environmental Protection. Seeking a temporary injunction in order to buy time, the city hopes to get the Superior Court to void the agreement and force the state to do a more formal bidding process.
