All Saints Class of 2020 Hoboken Relief Fund Donation

Dear Editor:

Dear Members of the Hoboken Community: Like many students who belong to the Class of 2020, our year at All Saints Episcopal Day School did not end quite as we had anticipated. This spring, we were scheduled to visit Ecuador, our big Eighth Grade trip. We have been fundraising for this trip since Fourth Grade and had raised $10,000 towards our travel and activities.

Because of the pandemic, however, we were unable to travel to Ecuador. As a class, we decided that we wanted to donate the funds for our trip to a local organization. After lots of hard thinking and researching, we decided that the Hoboken Relief Fund is where we wanted our money to go.

We are glad to be able to help support independently owned businesses and Hoboken residents who have or still are suffering from the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope that if you own a small business in Hoboken or have applied for aid from the relief fund, our donation can help you. We know how important you all are to the Hoboken community, and we are happy to be able to help in any way we can.

Best wishes,

Class of 2020
