Winter Skateboard Camp
The Division of Recreation will hold Winter Skateboard Camp in December and January at 1st Street Skate Park, weather permitting, Dec. 19 and 26; Jan. 2 and 9.
Sessions will take place from 10 to 11 a.m., 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
Register at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fee is $50.

Davis supports local businesses
Mayor James Davis continues to visit businesses that make the city “#BayonneStrong.” He visited La Guardiola Gourmet Pizza at 819 Broadway on Dec. 4.
The Bayonne Women’s Club and Bayonne Rotary Club have partnered on a coat drive, which will run until Dec. 15.
Residents can drop off new and gently used coats at the Office of Aging in City Hall, 630 Ave. C, and at Allstate Insurance, 315 Broadway.
Food pantry open
The food pantry at Faith & Victory Church, 118-120 Lord Ave., is open the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 2 to 6 p.m. For more information call 201-455-3962.
Mayor’s Toy Drive
Mayor James Davis and Ken Poesl announced the Mayor’s Toy Drive at the Bayonne Museum, 229 Broadway, Dec. 15 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Only drop-offs are allowed, and all participants must wear masks. The donations are for the Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation’s Toys for Tots Program.
New unwrapped toys or a $20 donation will be accepted. Make checks payable to BEOF.
