The mobile unit of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is scheduled to come to West New York. The unit will be in front of West New York Town Hall at 428 60th Street on Thursday, June 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The MVC will be offering: driver licenses, license plates, non-driver identification cards, placards, registration renewal, examination permits, real ID, and boat stickers.

The examination test itself is not available at the mobile unit. And for real ID, only those with a current ID expiring in the next six months are eligible from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Those interested in attending must bring six points of identification, including: one primary document, one secondary document, proof of address, and or verifiable social security number.

There is limited availability, so residents are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Register at: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfP2aEhaIA7G-81R0nLBTxGt2gYLrbz-HobWIP1PwJ8-SaABQ/viewform.
