The Yonkers Public Library is hosting a series of talks called “Historic Properties in the Hudson Valley,” led by Eugene J. Boesch, Ph.D., R.P.A. Dr. Boesch will talk about the importance of historic places and how they help us remember and learn from America’s past. This event is a great chance to learn more about history through archaeology and stories from different times.

Event Details

This event will highlight historic sites in the Hudson Valley, showing how they help us understand different periods in America’s history. Dr. Boesch will explain how looking at these places through archaeology and historical records lets us step back in time. The event is organized with help from Westchester Community College’s mainstream program and is funded by various local and national agencies.
