The 27th Manhattan Short Film Festival is back, and it’s your chance to help pick the winner! This worldwide event spans six continents and lets audiences vote on their favorite short films. You get to watch ten films that are even eligible for the Oscars and cast your vote for the best.

Event Details

Hosted at the Englewood Public Library, this festival gives locals the chance to watch ten amazing short films from around the world. You’ll be able to vote for your favorite film and actor. The same 10 films will be shown at each screening, so you can pick the date and time that works best for you.

When you arrive, you’ll get a voting card to choose which film and actor you think should win. The event is happening in over 500 locations worldwide, and all the votes will be counted to decide the winners. These films are meant for adults, and each one is automatically qualified for the Oscars because of its selection in the festival.

Event Location

The festival will take place at Englewood Public Library, 31 Engle Street, Englewood, NJ 07631. Englewood is one of just three places in Bergen County showing these films, so it’s a great opportunity for local film fans.
