On Thursday, September 18, WFMU’s Monty Hall will host its After Work Thursdays: Meet Up and Game Night, a casual evening where neighbors, listeners, and friends can relax together.
Matt Warwick from Garbage Time will be there to play video games on the big screen and join board games with DJs and anyone who wants to sit down for a round. People are welcome to bring their own games or a friend to share the fun. Records, CDs, and WFMU merch will also be for sale, with all proceeds going to support the station.
The event takes place at Monty Hall, 43 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302, just steps from the Exchange Place PATH station, making it easy to get to.
General admission is $7.67. The event is open to all ages.
Things start at 7:00 p.m. and run for about three hours, giving plenty of time to play, hang out, and enjoy the night together.
