This Friday, November 8, you’re invited to join us for the 92nd Anniversary Freedom Fund Awards and Membership Gala at the Morris Museum in Morristown, NJ. It’s a chance to come together and celebrate civil rights while also supporting the NAACP. Your ticket includes a one-year membership, so you can stay connected with the cause.
The event starts at 6 PM and runs until 9:30 PM, offering three and a half hours of activities. Enjoy special access to the museum’s galleries, a cocktail hour, dinner, an awards ceremony, dessert, and dancing. The night will be filled with inspiring moments and community connection.
The Morris Museum, located at 6 Normandy Heights Road in Morristown, NJ, is a beautiful venue that will add to the festive atmosphere of the evening.

– Youth & College Admission: $100.00
– Children (13 years and younger) Admission: $50.00

The event will also feature special guests and award recipients. Richard T. Smith, the President of the New Jersey State Conference NAACP, will be the keynote speaker. Honored guest Dr. Dale Caldwell, President of Centenary College, will be in attendance, and awards will be presented throughout the evening. Dr. Dorothy Hollowell will receive the Education Award, Rev. Lance Mann will be honored with the MCNAACP President’s Award, and Sgt. Patrick Laquere, Deena Leary, and Beverly Downey will all receive Public Service Awards.
