On Sunday, June 22, Hoboken will host a flavorful afternoon with Chef Maricel Gentile, a well-known New Jersey chef featured on Food Network, PBS, and Hulu. She’s coming to Symposia Community Bookstore to celebrate the release of her first cookbook, Maricel’s Simply Asian, with a book signing and meet & greet.

The event will take place at Symposia Community Bookstore, 510 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030. The bookstore is a nonprofit that supports local education and serves as a gathering place for events like this.
Entry is free, but an RSVP is required to attend. The cookbook will be available to buy on-site for $39.99. Light bites from the recipes will be served during the event.
It runs from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM—one hour filled with great food, good people, and inspiring stories.
