The JC Night Market is wrapping up the season with Latin Food & Music Night on Saturday, October 4. It’s a free, family-friendly event that brings together food, music, and community in one lively spot.
It will be held at the City Hall Ancillary Lot, 179 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302. The market runs from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. No tickets are needed—just come by with friends, family, or even your dog.
Visitors can expect six hours of nonstop energy. DJs will be playing salsa, bachata, reggaeton, boleros, baile funk, and of course, some Bad Bunny. Free bachata lessons start at 4:00 PM, followed by a DJ bachata set at 4:30. At 5:30, there’s a free salsa lesson, with a DJ salsa set at 6:00 to keep the party going.
Food vendors will serve authentic dishes from across Latin America, including the Caribbean, Mexico, and Colombia, plus creative fusion options. 902 Brewing Co. will be on site with craft beer for the 21+ crowd. Latinx artisans and creators will also be there with handmade goods.
