On Tuesday, August 26, a free real estate networking night will take place in Jersey City. The event, called ELEVATE, brings together investors, agents, and professionals to share strategies, legal tips, and real-world experiences. It’s open to both newcomers and experienced investors who want to grow their network and knowledge.
The event will be held at 902 Brewing Co., located at 101 Pacific Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07304. The venue offers free parking for all attendees.
Admission is free, and complimentary food will be provided. There are no extra costs or conditions — anyone interested in real estate can join.
The program runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Networking starts at 6:30, and from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. there will be a talk by Ashley Molson, a real estate attorney and founder of Molson Law Firm. She will cover legal strategies, risk management, and deal structuring. Ashley is also preparing new resources for investors, including a contract template shop and an online course launching in 2026.
