Richard Lloyd, legendary guitarist and founding member of Television, is returning with his group for a night of pure rock energy. Presented by Workshop Clinic, the show promises the kind of fiery guitar work that has defined his career, from the early CBGB’s days to later collaborations with Matthew Sweet and John Doe.
The event is on Tuesday, September 16. Doors open at 7:00 p.m., and the show runs from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Lloyd will be joined by Kevin Tooley and Sean Semour, making this a full band performance that keeps the music sharp and alive.
It all happens at the 503 Social Club, 503 3rd Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030. The venue is small, so the atmosphere will be close and personal.
Tickets cost $25 in advance, $30 at the door, or $28.52 online with fees. With only 45 seats available, tickets usually sell out quickly, so buying early is the safe bet.
This is a two-hour live, in-person show. Doors at 7:00, music starts at 7:30 sharp. If you want to see a true guitar legend up close, this is your chance.
