Salvation Wellness in Jersey City was badly damaged on April 6, 2025, when a sewer flood ruined everything inside—massage tables, saunas, floors, walls, and more. The damage is over $100,000, and the landlord has not helped or responded. The team is now working from a temporary space and needs help to rebuild.
On Thursday, May 22, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm (doors open at 4:30 pm), a fundraiser will be held at Jam Cakery Events, 326 5th Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302. It’s open to all ages and focused on wellness, support, and community.
Tickets cost $55.20 and include all activities and treats:
- Sound bath meditation
- Ear seeds acupuncture
- Reiki healing
- Reflexology treatments
- Cupcake-making with herbs
- DJ with relaxing music
- Free snacks and drinks
- Raffle prizes from local businesses
The event lasts 3 hours. All money raised helps pay for repairs and replaces what was lost. If you’ve ever visited Salvation Wellness or just want to support a local small business, this is your chance.
Can’t come? You can still donate to their GoFundMe. Every bit helps.
