Jersey City, NJ – On January 29, the Jack and Ronnie McGreevey Civic Association will host a transformative event at Hope House, a shelter located in 246 2ND St, Jersey City, focused on providing comprehensive assistance to the homeless. This “Day of Hope” will offer essential services such as medical care, mental health support, access to job opportunities, and more, with the goal of equipping participants with the tools to rebuild their lives.
This marks the association’s second direct initiative at a shelter, highlighting its commitment to meaningful community action. Founded in 2023 by former New Jersey Governor James McGreevey in honor of his parents, Jack and Ronnie McGreevey, the civic organization embodies a tradition of public service and an unwavering focus on addressing society’s most pressing challenges.
