Dear Editor:
Dear Attorney General William Barr:
Dear Mr. Barr, the American people have witnessed the past 8-12 years of a Two-Tiered system of justice that just keeps compounding corruption upon corruption upon America’s premiere law enforcement agency, the FBI; and if the DOJ does not seek real justice, I’m afraid America’s trust in the DOJ, FBI, NSC, CIA, and all the Intel Agencies is totally lost.
Add to all the evidence, there was a jury forewoman who had anti-Trump social media posts and other prejudicial comments and statement she made “in the jury pool” — isn’t that a tainted jury? (Anthony Weiner gets 21 months in jail for Child Pornography, and McCabe walks? What kind of Justice System do we have?)
Roger Jason Stone has been convicted on seven counts, including witness tampering and lying to investigators. On February 20, 2020, he was sentenced to 40 months in federal prison.
But former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe instructed agents to lie to the public and Congress about the Benghazi attack, in order to protect Hillary Clinton; and leaked information about Clinton’s emails probe to the press and later misled watchdog investigators, according to a Justice Department review.
The report from the Justice Department inspector general concludes that Andrew McCabe, the former FBI deputy director, lied to then-FBI Director James Comey, to other FBI agents, and to officials of the Office of the Inspector General. Some of those lies came when McCabe was under oath. What did he lie about?
October 31, 2016: McCabe speaks to FBI Director James Comey about the Journal article. McCabe says he told Comey what he had done. Comey says he didn’t.
May 9, 2017: The FBI inspection division, which is investigating a series of leaks, talks to McCabe. McCabe says he doesn’t know where this particular leak came from.
July 28, 2017: The DOJ inspector general interviews McCabe, who says he doesn’t know who authorized the press liason to talk to the Journal.
August 1, 2017: McCabe calls the inspector general to change his testimony. He now says that he recalls authorizing the disclosure.
August 18, 2017: The FBI inspection division re-interviews McCabe, who confirms that he authorized the disclosure.
November 29: The inspector general interviews McCabe again. McCabe confirms yet again that he authorized the disclosure.
The inspector general’s report concludes that McCabe lied multiple times: to Comey (#1), to the FBI inspection division (#2), to the inspector general (#3), and finally on November 29 when he told the inspector general his version of the conversation with Comey (#6).
Add to all the evidence, there was a jury forewoman who had anti-Trump social media posts and other prejudicial comments and statement she made “in the jury pool” — isn’t that a tainted jury?
Meanwhile, Andrew McCabe is found innocent of all charges while Roger Stone gets 3 years and 4 months in jail. Mr. Barr, where is the JUSTICE IN AMERICA?
