Global Harvest Fellowship collecting donations for youth in foster care

School supplies or monetary donations can be dropped off at the church on West 15th Street

Global Harvest Fellowship is partnering with local youth and families served by the The New Jersey Department of Children and Families’ Division of Child Protection and Permanency to help the community.

The organization is accepting donations of school supplies for youth in foster care.

Needed items include $5, $10, or $20 Walmart Gift Cards; new backpacks; pencils; pens; notebooks; crayons; feminine supplies; sharpeners; erasers; and pencil cases.

Donation drop off and collection will take place on Monday, Aug. 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Global Harvest Fellowship at 65 West 15th Street.

Sorting and packing will take place on Aug. 31 at 7 p.m.
