A funeral mass was held Dec. 13 at St. Lawrence R. C. Church, Weehawken, for Joseph Peter Pisano, 86, of Whiting formerly of Weehawken, Hoboken, Toms River and Orlando, Fla. He passed away Dec. 8. Before retiring Joseph was machinist for FMC Corp., Orlando, previously he was a mixer for Ciba-Geigy, Toms River, and a shop steward for Maxwell House Co., Hoboken. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII, and an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Joseph was one of the founders of the Toms River, Little League. Predeceased by his parents Nicolo and Anna, he was the husband of the late Josephine; father of Ret. Navy Commander Nicholas Pisano and wife Donna of Orlando, Fla.; grandfather of Angelique Pisano Mc Bride, John Paul Pisano; step-grand daughter Jenny Mandigo, and five great-grandchildren; brother of Anna Visceglie, the late Peter and William Pisano. Services arranged by the Santangelo Funeral Home, Lodi.
