The Hudson County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) has issued a flood warning based on an expected 1- 2 inches of rain beginning at mid-day and lasting into the evening, impacting the evening rush hour.
OEM has issued a flash flood warning for urban areas with poor drainage, and areas adjacent to small creeks and streams.
