Rapha Wellness Center, a unique healing center where leading physical therapists, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, a chiropractor, and dietitian work together under one roof, is gearing up for its first annual “Rapha Wellness Festival,” on Saturday, August 31 at 16th Street Park, Bayonne, NJ 07002 from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. The event is set to bring Bayonne’s vibrant health and wellness community together with the entire Hudson County family, for a world-class celebration and an array of wellness-focused fun to choose from.
The Rapha Wellness Festival is hoping to reframe the narrative on wellness and find new ways for residents to live more healthfully by celebrating health and wellness. Festival-goers are invited to nourish their body, mind, and spirit in the serenity and splendor of the 16th Street Park. From the opening celebration featuring knowledgeable keynote speakers to the closing moments, there will be a wide array of amazing fitness and yoga classes, experiential activities, and educational workshops. Expect workshops from holistic experts, healthy food and smoothies, ZumbaÒ, boot camp, meditation and more. There will be a VIP Wellness Tent which will offer reflexology, aromatherapy, massages, and green juices; plenty of fun for children with cooling stations and activities.
“We want to heal your body from inside out. We believe in health without limits,” says Dr. Rimoun Hanna, founder, Rapha Wellness Center. “There’s no good reason for people to live with pain if there is a way to relieve it,” he says.
The festival will also bring together local companies that specialize in wellness services and products to consumers interested in living a healthy lifestyle. In addition to featuring natural health and wellness practices for the mind, body, and soul, local companies will offer a unique marketplace where consumers can learn about products and engage with health practitioners while enjoying a day of fun events for the entire family. There’s something for everyone at this festival, and it’s an opportunity for anyone looking for guidance to make sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes.
