Joe Cubias, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Weichert’s Jersey City Downtown office and several top-producing sales associates were recognized for outstanding performance in June.
The Jersey City Downtown office, which is managed by Robert Sanchez, led the Weichert sales region in four categories during the month: dollar volume, listings, revenue units and sales. The region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson County and parts of Bergen County.
Among teams, sales associate Nader Rezai and his team led the Weichert sales region in the same four categories: dollar volume, listings, revenue units and sales.
Individually, sales associate Irina “Irene” Barnaby led the Weichert sales region in dollar volume, revenue units and sales. Fellow Jersey City Downtown office sales associate Natalie Esfandiari led the sales region in listings for June.
