Denise Samson presents an exciting workshop for runners. NOT A RUNNER? This workshop is beneficial for EVERY BODY! We’ll use specially designed balls and a soft roller to target areas of tension and compression in the joints and spine that can accumulate during a run (and other activities). This self-treatment technique works directly on body parts that are stressed while running – your joints and connective tissue. The MELT Hand and Foot Treatments can IMPROVE MILEAGE, help REDUCE INJURY RISK, and help SPEED RECOVERY time, enhancing overall performance.
